A sweat stain on your underarm is not the best first impression you would want to give to the interviewer. I have been searching high and low and tried almost all method.
I believe you have tried the following method before reading this article.
-Deodorant….it was advertise to keep you dry all day…sound good…hmm.. I gave it a try and it cannot even keep me dry for 5 mins.!!!!!
-Baby Powder.. this was a recommendation from my family doctor…hmm…give it a try…same result as deodorant..
-Surgery -Yes ,I even consider going for surgery to cut off my sweat gland to stop the sweating. I think the risk is too high as my doctor advise me against it. The side effect of cutting off your sweat gland is you may sweat more on other areas of your body to compensate for the sweat my underarm produces.

I had a Hyperhidrosis condition that was so bad that the only positive thought I have associated with it was when I won money off some friends when they bet me I couldn’t stand naked in the snow and sweat.
In fact, my problem robbed me of my childhood, my young adult life, and until I took steps to get it under control, it destroyed me almost until I was 30. Until I took action, I was too embarrassed to do almost anything for fear of being made fun of.
I wanted to share just that one story because to get into many more would take WAY too long! But to give you an idea I use to cut up my Tshirts and wear them like a moisture bra… I at one time put on over 5 separate tops… but then the sweat started pouring off my head!
Yea, until very recently I was not able to find an effective Hyperhidrosis Treatment
If you’ve ever been embarrassed by excessive sweating, I have two things to say to you:
1. You are not alone
2. You Can Find Effective Hyperhidrosis Treatment
I’ve found there are a a few effective Hyperhodrsis Treatment methods out there. However, if you’re not willing to follow them all to the letter, you’re not going to get very far!
So don’t be like me! You don’t have to come up with your own ways of doing things, it’s like reinventing the wheel. People have been where you are before so you can get help.
Stop Sweating Start Living Know What Excessive Sweat Can Do To You

Sweating is a very natural process that occurs in human beings; there is no one that does not sweat. But yes, the amount of sweat does differ from one person to another. In some people, the volume of perspiration is so high that it may affect his or her social life and cause a baggage of other problems. This is the reason why there are so many tips on how to prevent body odor nowadays. These range from very simple techniques like drinking a lot of water to medical methods like surgical obstruction of the way in which the sweat glands work. The very prevalence of these methods indicates how significantly sweat affects a person’s life.
The first effect is on the person’s self confidence. A person who sweats a lot will also be quite conscious of it. This has more chances of happening if the person’s sweat also carries a foul odor. Due to their excessive sweatiness, these people will not be very confident of interacting with people. They will love to remain inside their homes and not want to get out in the sun. Furthermore, they will be very conscious of the marks that sweat can leave on their shirts. That is the reason why they will try to buy more clothes of a darker color, or try to put in more shirts inside so that they can absorb the sweat.
Nervousness causes people to sweat more. But since sweating makes a person nervous, this can lead to a chain reaction. A person will nervous because he or she sweats and then this nervousness will make them sweat more. In that way, a copious amount of sweat can be produced. Due to this reason, it can be said that sweating is symptom of a psychological disorder.
Hence, sweating can strongly influence the kind of life a person leads. From being a proactive social creature, a person can get to be a recluse. There are people who are much socially active in the winter season, but as the summer months approach, they tend to become invisible out of their homes. This is naturally a disorder that is waiting to be researched upon.
It is no wonder then that people are investing so much time, money and effort on ways to stop underarm odor. Sweating does influence life in a great way, whether you accept it or not. The silver lining, though, is that sweating can be cured completely with certain effective and well-researched methods.
7 Tips On Buying A New Mattress

How often do you buy a mattress? Do not be surprised to find that you have change or buy more cars than a mattress. It’s no wonder that the average shoppers are always at quite a lost when it comes to buying a new mattress. Lack of product knowledge, confused over the types of mattress and falling for the dirt and tactics of the mattress sales person are some of the usual unease of today’s consumer.
Here are seven tips when you are planning to go shopping for a new mattress.
Do the Test
Just like buying a car, always “test drive” the product. Never buy the mattress without physically lying down on the mattress yourself. Your body will tell you exactly how you feel about the product.
Soft or Hard
Have you been sleeping on a soft mattress? If so, don’t be swayed by the salesperson’s talk to change to a hard mattress. It’s your money and you should decide how to spend it. More logically speaking, your body may have to adjust to the firmness of the mattress, and that may not be an ideal situation for some.
Body Support
Always choose a mattress that can support the contours of your body. This is because our spine is slightly curve when we lie horizontally. A good mattress should shape around, providing comfort to the body. So choose wisely to avoid any low back pains later on.
Sweat
Do you know that our body constantly gives off sweat even whilst we are asleep? This means that you should try to opt for a mattress that allows our sweat to dissipate or evaporate easily.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Always be cautioned that it may not be what it seems. Some unethical retailers may just end up selling you a returned mattress from a customer who refunded the mattress. Do check for signs of use before you accept any replacement if such a situation ever arise.
Brand A or Brand Z
If buying a brand name mattress can guarantee the best quality, then many customers will not be as confused as there are now. The truth is, there’s no guarantee that you will get the best quality despite buying a branded mattress. In fact, you may be overpaying for mattress features that is over hype.
One-Sided Mattresses
There are two types of mattress, the one sided and the double sided mattress. Unless you have no choice, it’s always advisable not buy a “one sided” mattress. The quality is not as reliable and it last half as long compared to a double sided mattress.

A Sweating Face Doesn’t Need to be the End of the World as your Know it

Sweating anywhere in any kind of excess is a problem, but even if you tend only to sweat moderately on your face, even that light sweat can look like a deluge. Having a sweating face is no laughing matter, and for the people who suffer from this problem, there is no readily available recourse to deal with their problems.
It is not entirely safe or even possible to use antiperspirants on your face, besides which they don’t always work. You will also find that due to the logistics of having a sweating face where the sweat always rolls down off your face in the most awkward manner, any of these methods are more a hindrance than a help.
The one thing that you can do to help you control your sweating is to stop using facial creams entirely, or barring that, use only very light creams. Heavy creams of the type normally used in the harsher winter months can have a cloying effect on your skin and cause you to sweat even more – even in winter.
The other thing that you need to take into consideration is whether your sweating face is a genetic trait. Is it something that has been passed down through the family line? If so, you can always talk with a family member first to see what remedy they have resorted to, to stop their sweating face problems.
Of course some people don’t take too much notice of these things and take it in their stride. These people are the ones who always tend to have a handkerchief in their hands and are always lightly dusting their face with it.
Speaking of which, a good viable alternative to using antiperspirants is to use talcum powder. Use only a very light dusting so that you don’t take on the appearance of a street mime or a clown, and try very hard to avoid your eyes, nose and mouth when applying it, but do try it by all means. It can help to keep your face dry and free from sweat, at least for a little while.
If makeup is what you prefer to use, not talcum powder, then make a compromise. Use a loose compact powder instead one of the creamier compact versions that are available. The coverage might not last as long, but since you have a sweating face anyway, it becomes a moot point, doesn’t it?
A sweating face doesn’t need to be the end of the world as your know it. You can still have a thriving social life, you just need to find the little things that can help you to control or even prevent your facial sweating. For instance, if you like to eat hot foods regularly but then sweat as if there was no tomorrow, you might want to cut back on those foods! Little things like this can help you immensely in the long run and only take a little effort on your part.
A Look at Some of the Characteristics of Finger Tip Eczema

Eczema also known as atopic dermatitis is a common skin disorder. People with dry and sensitive skin are more allergic to this disorder. Coin sized red watery patches are formed on the skin. These rashes can be prominent on the hands but can spread on the other parts of the body also. It can also restrict its spread on the fingertips, which is called fingertip eczema. Adults and the children can suffer from this disease regardless of the age and the gender. The eczema in the infants and the babies can get cured with the growing age.
Eczema is not a contagious disorder and can be cured by taking care of the skin. Keeping the skin lubricated is essential for the people who are suffering from eczema. Finger tip eczema, as the name says, is an eczema in which the tips of the fingers get affected. There is a feeling of numbness on the tips of the fingers. Stiffness in the fingers is the prime symptom of this disorder. You cannot bend or move this finger as the stiffness is accompanied by pain and burning sensation. Cracking of the fingertips is prevalent in such cases.
However, as the fingertip eczema begins to heal there is a tingling sensation in the affected areas. After a few days’s the skin start to peel off. The peeling of the skin continues until the whole portion is peeled off, thus giving a fresh and a new look to that finger. This cycle may reappear after few months but on a different finger of the same hand. There is no specific cure to this disorder but can be certainly controlled by taking preventive measures.
Using the soaps only when necessary can help prevent the irritation to the affected skin. Wipe the hands dry with a clean towel after washing them. If you are required to frequently, put your hands in water use plastic or vinyl gloves. Wearing a pair cotton gloves inside the plastic gloves will keep the sweat off the palms while working. Take regular gaps in between your work to remove the gloves to avoid the sweat to get accumulated on the palms. Gloves will protect the hands from extreme climatic changes and will prevent them from drying.
Things that can elevate the eczema should be avoided. Use mild soaps like Oil of Olay, Dove etc to calm the irritated skin. Take bath once a day, as bathing may wash away the essentials oils of the skin. Maintain the level of the temperatures of the house, cars and the work place as extreme climates may irritate the skin. Avoid the use of harsh chemical detergents for the laundry purposes. Sensitive skin is allergic to the synthetic fabrics; use natural fabrics like cotton that give a soft feeling to the skin. Pat the skin dry, with a soft towel, instead of rubbing it that might make the skin flaky. Gently massage the skin with the moisturizers as frequently as possible to retain the moisture of the skin. Taking care of the skin with small changes in the lifestyle will help eliminating the disorder.

Man Discovers Remedy for Excessive Sweating Problem That Plagues Nearly 8 Million Americans Today

Mike Ramsey, who began suffering from excessive sweating, also called hyperhidrosis, in high school, has published an ebook detailing a simple three-step plan that when followed allows anyone to cure their excessive sweating problem in two weeks or less.
“It’s true,” said Ramsey, author of “Stop Sweating and Start Living: A Practical Guide to Ending Your Underarm Sweat Problem.” “At last, there’s an effective way for anyone to cure their underarm sweat problem – in just two weeks – without prescription drugs or risky surgery.”
Ramsey’s method is a three-step, all-natural technique that he developed after attending a seminar on natural health.
To learn more about “Stop Sweating and Start Living,” please visit MY BLOG, where the ebook is also available for purchase.
“The technique is highly practical, safe and effective, it takes just a minute a day to perform and can be easily worked into anyone’s daily routine,” said Ramsey.
Ramsey’s discovery comes on the heels of new research that indicates nearly 8 million Americans – almost 3 percent of the U.S. population – routinely suffer from excessive sweating, a figure higher than previously believed.
“We’re not talking about people who sweat a lot after a good workout,” Ramsey said. “These are adults who while sitting at their desk in a cool office, sweat through their T-shirt, their shirt, and maybe even their jacket. These are teenagers who avoid going to dances and parties and on dates because they are afraid to be seen dripping in sweat. These are children who continually drop their bottles or sippy cups because their sweaty palms won’t allow them to maintain a good grip.”
What is hyperhidrosis?
Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition that causes people to sweat excessively in specific areas — their underarms, face, palms, or the soles of their feet.
Ramsey’s technique works specifically for the underarms.
“After years of struggle with hyperhidrosis, during which time I avoided potential socially awkward situations like dates and parties, I discovered the real reason for my underarm sweat problem … and after two weeks of self-treatment I cured it,” Ramsey said. “In fact, in the 10 years since, I have never been self-conscious about raising my arms in public. I have never worn an undershirt to soak-up my sweat, and I have never had a sweaty armpit (except during intense physical exercise).”
In an effort to help others who suffer from hyperhidrosis, Ramsey explains exactly how he was able to cure his excessive sweating problem on the pages of “Stop Sweating and Start Living.”
“In this ebook, readers will learn exactly how I, and others who have used my system, stopped underarm sweat for life,” Ramsey said.

Excessive Head Sweating is the Most Visible and Most Damaging Form of Hyperhidrosis

Excessive sweating is a problem which causes a lot of mental agony. People go to great lengths to hide the fact that they are sweating a lot. While this is not a solution in the strict sense of the word, people feel relieved that they are able to prevent others from detecting their problem.
However, if you are suffering from facial hyperhidrosis i.e. excessive head sweating, the problem assumes gigantic proportions. Not only does the sweating create many problems but the same cannot be concealed from others.
It is not possible to hide beads of sweat rolling down your face. It is not possible to hide a head that is completely drenched by sweat. It is not possible to conceal the smell of stale sweat coming out from your head.
The problem of facial hyperhidrosis requires immediate, effective and permanent solution. To solve this problem which exposes you to the ridicule of others, you ought to tackle the root cause. Do not focus on merely stopping or preventing the sweat. The excessive head sweating is the symptom of a deeper problem. Identify the problem and solve the same and you will find the problem of sweating automatically ceases.
Facial hyperhidrosis has physical as well as mental consequences. A remedy which merely stops the sweating but fails to restore your confidence will not work. Not only should you stop sweating but you should also be confident that the problem will not appear again. The fear of people pointing at the rivulets of sweat flowing down your face cannot be simply wished away.
Women face even more problems as excessive sweating makes it impossible to use make up. The women end up suffering from an inferiority complex as they feel they are not as beautiful as other women. The inability to use make up leads to additional problems for women.
What causes excessive head sweating? There is no clear answer to this question. Excessive sweating occurs due to a variety of factors like hormonal disorder, hereditary problems, genetic factors and immediate topical factors. Thyroid disorder leads to excessive facial sweating. If your parents or any other relative suffers from this problem, you too are at risk. Other factors like adolescence, stress, excitement etc too contribute to the outbreak of the problem.
The conventional treatments for excessive head sweating barely manage to cure the physical aspect of the problem and are completely ineffective in treating the mental aspects. If you opt for conventional remedies like
· Ointments and lotions
· Medical creams and antiperspirant sprays
· Medications and drugs
· Surgery
The issues related to excessive head sweating are complicated by the fact that there are many confusions and misconceptions attached to the disorder. It is believed that an overweight and obese person is at greater risk to the problem of excessive head sweating. This is not gospel truth as even slim and fit persons are at risk.
